Create standard drive package for new teams

Create a Standard Team Material folder that contains the materials to create a team folder which is used to construct the team's drive:

• [ ] General materials for Team Lead
• [ ] General materials for Team Members
• [ ] Challenge specific materials
  • [ ] Materials from previous teams who did well
  • [ ] Challenge guidelines (update depending on frequency of changes)
  • [ ] General folder organization
  • [ ] Timelines
