Document Viewer in Plone #761

Plone provides access to binary documents (pdf, word, odt) - however for a user 
to access these documents the user will need external desktop viewers to be 
able to view and access their contents.  There is a plone plugin that provides 
a browser based solution for viewing documents and also annotating them.
