Derived from `prog-mode`? #91

Some emacs plugins add hooks to prog-mode. But it seems js3-mode is not derived from it.

Is there any reason for not doing that? It is recommended in emacs manual

Yes. My personal configuration has a lot of hooks to prog mode. (enable line numbers, yasnippet, etc.) Having js3-mode be derived from prog-mode would be great.
