Controller position difference in SteamVR #70

In SteamVR (at least Oculus Quest with ALVR), controller's coordinate origin is different from it on Oculus software. (Hand position is slightly different from real position)

SteamVR (OpenVR) support is abandoned. Instead of this, we will use OpenXR (including SteamVR devices).
