Wago Mounts #7

There is an included 6 Wago mount, is it possible to get a 7 or 8 mount? I have 2 power leads, 4 temp probe leads, and 1 ground lead. but im sure others (who dont have 2 bed probes) would get benefit out of it by having a quick disconnect for their nevermores?

I was also confused why the recommendation was to have the wagos mounted on the interior side? It made sense to me to have it on the exterior side for easy access to connect and disconnect the bed for removal.
