installing/updating fails from composer. #7

Problem 1

  • Installation request for bear/phptal-module * -> satisfiable by bear/phptal-module[0.1.0].
  • bear/phptal-module 0.1.0 requires phptal/phptal dev-master -> no matching package found.

PHPTAL 1.3.0 has been released. My composer.json should be fixed to use stable version number.

Dependency and some comapatibility issues are fixed.
