waifu2x v0.12 have already added noise 3 model.

will it be supported sometime later?

max2009 has added it and I forked his fork and improved it, you can download or use my build guides to compile your own with noise model 3 support. See: https://github.com/DeadSix27/waifu2x-converter-cpp/
