Spanish passport not read #64

Attempted to scan passport a black banner showed at the bottom.

org.jmrtd.AccessDeniedException: Mutual authentication failed: expected length: 40 + 2, actual length: 2 (SW = 0x6300: Unknown)

Not sure how to troubleshoot anything else.
