Issue with deleting 4 digits country code phone numbers +1264, 1868, 1268 #195

while deleting phone numbers with the countries that have +1264 or +1268 as country codes. you can delete only 3 last numbers.

Since this library isn't maintained anymore, I did enhance it in a library fork.
