Hi there, I would like to ask if the calculation of dysfunctional and activation scores is related to the usage of your package?

I wonder if you can share the code step by step for the calculation of both dysfunctional and activation scores mentioned in your paper "Dysfunctional CD8+ T cells form a proliferative, dynamically regulated compartment within human melanoma".
