Negative metacells #32

Hello,

Thank you for the amazing tool!

Why do I see negative metacells in the assignment? I have noticed some cells are assigned to metacell -2.

Anything with a negative index is an outlier (is not assigned to any metacell). The overall fraction of such outliers should be “low” - say, few percent of the cells.
