How important is learning vanlliaJS and JS basics?

hi. i had straight up learn with typescript & angular framework(frontend). but i had skipped the basic js thing, i have no idea to build app with vanillaJS, all i know are just angular, NPM & typescript things. is it necessary to learn javascript basics & vanillaJS?

The reason I started the vanillaJS course before teaching React is that I feel it's extremely important. There are multiple reasons to it:

• You get better at programming
• There's a whole bunch of people who work on creating libraries only.
• You are not bound to one framework
• Many libraries like Bootstrap are replacing jQuery with vanilla JS
• Important for interview
• You understand JS better and thus the inner workings of any framework
• Sometimes you don't need the bloat of a framework for smaller apps. Makes things faster.
• Right your own framework.
