[FIXED] Update showFig11() in ICEDdemo.py to add (II/minII). #25

[FIXED] Update showFig11() in ICEDdemo.py to add (II/minII) for all configs. Note that minII is minimum II in all positive IIs, excluding 0. Add more comments in ICEDdemo.py. Update demo.sh. Also, I found a folder called "logs". Please let me know if you want me to upload that.
