addstudent doesn't allow international phone numbers. #4

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Type addstudent -n James bond 2 -p +659999999999

  2. An error like the image shown below will be produced:

Expected: Allow phone numbers to take in "+" symbols and spaces.

Actual: App doesn't allow me to add international numbers.
