GIMP, Premiere Pro

Why?

GIMP is a popular free and open-source image modification program. Premiere Pro is a widely used video editor.

There's already After Effects and Photoshop so why not add GIMP and Premiere Pro?

@LukasDoesDev @shreyas-a-s take a look here, https://github.com/LelouchFR/skill-icons/pull/85 I made Gimp icon for this repo, due this one here is not supported anymore by the maintainer.
