right now im working on a) enabling invisibility or b) performing an evasive maneuver if the other bot is closing in on us

would really like someone to write rule2 (@ Madeleine)

only included b) in case we dont have enough energy to go invisible -- in that case, might run away, then go invisible when possible, then either go on the defensive or offensive depending on whether flags are available

I agree though. Invisibility is best.

Sorry I finished up my finals for the week so I'll be working on this tonight and tomorrow. I'll start on rule 2 now!
