Compatibility with Sublime 3 #50

I've done a quick and dirty patch which allows running node.js scripts from sublime 3 as it was possible with sublime 2. The patch has gotten a lot of inspiration from the Git project. This is not tested on sublime 2 and properly won't work there.

I created this pull request to give a working example of what needs to be done to make this project work try it out :)

Does compatibility with Sublime Text 3 mean no more compatibility with Sublime Text 2?
