Unable to merge or compress video in android devices having OS Version 11 #667

We are using min-gpl package with version 4.4 in our Android app. Our merge & compress commands work fine for all android device except Android 11 OS devices. The errors are random and sometimes we get only audio in output file and not video.

Here are the error logs.

Please help/suggest what we are doing wrong.
