Add docstrings to some classes and methods

Add detailed docstrings to the TokenizedGLUE class and its methods in fusion_bench/dataset/gpt2_glue.py.

• Class Docstring:

  • Add a class-level docstring to TokenizedGLUE explaining its purpose, attributes, and functionality.

• Method Docstrings:

  • Add detailed docstrings to the __init__, load_dataset, load_mrpc_dataset, load_rte_dataset, load_wnli_dataset, load_qqp_dataset, load_mnli_dataset, load_cola_dataset, load_sst2_dataset, and load_qnli_dataset methods.
  • Include descriptions of the methods' purposes, parameters, and return values.

• Additional Docstring:

  • Add a Returns section to the fuse method's docstring in fusion_bench/compat/method/base_algorithm.py.
