Made a PlaylistTableViewController and set the swipeModels attribute to be rightSwipes but can't figure out how to present the PlaylistTableViewController (UITableViewController != UIViewController)

this pull request is getting pretty big, my recommendation is to merge this soon before it snowballs into a giant PR
