USD Export: Subtree #13

We need the ability to export a USD file from a selected Blender subtree, and not export the parent hierarchy.

The current behavior is that all parent prims are exported as xforms. This is vanilla Blender Foundation code.

However, the functionality has at least 3 different options a user might want:

All parent prims are exported (as currently implemented)
No parent prims are exported but world transform is baked into new root prim
No parent prims are exported and no transform is baked
