Small changes according to issue 235 #236

Changes according to issue 235:

  1. a typo fix: GOAE -> GEOA
  2. Links updates: a. GO downloads page b. current .obo file c. GO subsets documentations page d. goslim general .obo file
  3. Updated installation section a. Moved .obo files download to top b. Moved the pip instructions to a newly created a PyPI subsection C. Created Bioconda instructions
  4. Dependencies section - removed bullet from first line and rephrased

*small apology - the reordering of the install section caused the file-comparison to look much more confusing than it should
