Make Right Click show the more options menu for file downloads #107

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Download a File
2. Right click on the file's button

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The more options menu that shows up when I click the arrow.
Nothing shows up.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.0.154.46 on Windows XP Professional (darn the evil empire)

Please provide any additional information below.
Just a small "Enhancement"
