Build simulated beamline (alignment)

Build out subset of ophyd devices necessary to simulate alignment behavior

Tasks

• [ ] level stage, pico motors linked to laser range finder
• [ ] stage z-alignment
• [ ] align to center of wafer with Xspress3 fluorescence signal

Look into standard behavior of LRF, to save time. Look for mean, displacement / pico step, voltage change / pico step.

I could back calculate all this but it seems annoying.
