Update to curv:0.10. #13

Update for consistent version of the curv library.

Requires the following PRs to be merged in order that git dependencies can be reverted:

1) https://github.com/webb-tools/multi-party-ecdsa/pull/14 2) https://github.com/webb-tools/fs-dkr/pull/12
