fix(tangle-dapp): Fix network switcher bug

Summary of changes

Provide a detailed description of proposed changes.

• ➕ In case that the app does crash, added a button for users to clear local storage. This will help users easily clear out any local-storage-related bugs.
• 🔧 Refactored network switching code to make it much more legible and organized. Also added some checks and warnings for a few edge cases that were missing.
• 🐛 Fixed input for custom network selection that was not responding or working.
• 🐛 Removed the Tangle Restaking Parachain network option, as that network option is not relevant to the entire DApp.
