Implement a Blueprint Marketplace for operators, allowing them to browse through available Blueprints and register for the ones they are interested in running. This marketplace interface should enable operators to multi-select Blueprints for simultaneous registration. The process for browsing, selecting, and registering Blueprints should mirror much of the functionality found in the Deployer's view, but with several key differences tailored to operators.
Multi-Select Registration:
Operators should be able to select multiple Blueprints at the same time to register for.
Registered Blueprints State:
Once a Blueprint is registered, the registration button for that Blueprint should be disabled or marked with a "Registered" label to prevent operators from accidentally re-registering or duplicating registrations.
