[TASK] Add Tangle EVM to Sourcify #591

Overview

We'll need a similar PR https://github.com/ethereum/sourcify/pull/1269. We should add Testnet and Mainnet.

@salman01zp check in on that PR it fails CI. We may need to deploy a certain contract to the testnet for that CI check to pass.
