Description

Audit the end-to-end flow of Hubble Bridge, identify all areas that require tooltips, and draft/add copy to provide more contexts for users using the Hubble Bridge.

Once we have completed all the components necessary for v2, we can address all the tooltips required to help users navigate through the bridging experience.
