Description

This task entails implementing a dark theme for the Hubble Statistics Page. Although the initial requirements did not include a dark theme, the recent addition of the side navigation component calls for consistency across the application. By adding a dark theme to the Hubble Statistics Page, we can ensure a cohesive and visually pleasing user experience.
