[FEAT] Create Account Page for Tangle #238

Requirements:

Total Balance Display

Display of the total TNT balance; breakdown of the balance into:
Locked/Bonded Balance.
Free/Transferable/Unbonded Balance.

Action Buttons/Sections:

A dedicated section for transferring TNT.
- Recipient Address Input.
- Amount to Transfer.
- "Transfer" action button.
- Confirmation steps to ensure transaction accuracy.
- Vest
- Display current vesting schedules (if available).
- Option to update vesting schedules.
- Information about the vesting process for new users.
Claim
- Option to claim available airdrops.
- Claim/reclaim stake rewards.
Nominate
- Redirect user to nominate page to nominate validators

Additional Notes:

Accommodate both substrate and EVM accounts
Consider notifications for claims/vesting
Reuse components from Hubble Account
