Overview

Usability testing is a key step in the development process for any product. It helps to identify any issues with the user experience and allows the development team to make changes to the product before it is released to the public. This process ensures that the product is designed with the end user in mind and that their needs are met.

The process typically begins with the identification of user requirements and expectations. This helps the product team to understand the user's needs and identify any potential issues that may arise during the testing process. After the user requirements have been identified, the development team can then create prototypes and conduct tests to ensure that the product meets the user's expectations.

Once the tests have been completed, the product & development team can make any necessary changes to the product before it is released. By conducting usability testing, the development team can ensure that the product is designed to meet the user's needs and provide an optimal experience.
