[Suggestion] app switcher scrolling and app closing #7

Pre-issue checklist

How would you like Tango to be improved?

make the app switcher a horizontal scrollable element. this is because when there are too many apps open, it doesn't show all of the apps, it instead centers the whole list, but doesn't show the first and last ones. also, when the window is in pip, it causes an overscroll.

also, if possible, make it so that when you right click an icon, a context menu shows up that allows you to close the selected app

How do you think it should work?

make the element that the app switcher is in "div.add" a horizontal scrollable element.

closing because this is no longer relevant due to UI overhaul.
