[x] Use Java 7 auto-closeable for DeviceMonitoring requests
[x] Reorganize DeviceImpl code: Extract pre_attribute, pre_command and handleException methods

Deploy to Codacy and Sonar failed due to Travis security restrictions

Perhaps we should not build those in external PRs
