@Ingvord Is there a non-manual way of finding out if there are new packages available?

The section "Changes between Tango distribution 9.2.5a and 9.3.3" has to be renamed and updated too in assets/README. Since you created this PR, there was a new release of atk and tango_admin. So, if you update the README, take this opportunity to update these release versions too.

I just updated jive, Pogo and rest-server versions too. I think we can use squash and merge to merge this simple PR.
