It will be useful for management to filter classes by user (one who added or through contact). The task is related to original task on 3Controls JIRA: https://3controls.atlassian.net/browse/DSC-117

[x] add supporting view to generate list of available users (registered in tango-controls wbpage, emails from .xmi and contacts in repositories)
[x] add search field (with suggestions list) in advanced search
[x] update search query to use the new field and checkboxes
[x] test the result

The feature is implemented and running on the test server: https://dsc-test.modelowanie.pl/resources/dsc/advanced_search/ Just start typing in the User to selecte a user. The fields accepts email, login, full name and first- or last- name.
