ConstDevString type for command argoout not supported a #23

When the return code of a command is of the ConstDevString type, in the Test Device widow we get the following message :

Test Device message : --------------------------------------------------- Command: test/const_dev_string/1/Const_dev_string Duration: 0 msec Output argument(s) : Unsupported command type code=20

PS : This bug should be fixed with a ultra low priority !!!
