Double click on device node behaviour #32

Closed tango-controls-bot closed 7 years ago

Our users enjoy the last feature added by Jean Luc which directly opens ATKPanel just by double-clicking on the device node, but ...

After ATKPAnel is launched, the subtree of the device (showing properties, Polling, Event, ..) is displayed.

When using jive as an "ATKPanel launcher" (which is the case with the double click feature) , this is an unexpected behaviour as it complicates the navigation between device nodes

Jean Luc could you avoid the "device sub tree" display when double click is used ?

This is the default behavior of the JTree java component, when double-clicking on a node. I removed this feature from jive, which means that now, no node can be opened with a double click. The new Jive release 4.10 can be downloaded from: ftp://ftp.esrf.fr/pub/cs/tango/Jive/Jive-4.10.jar
