Jive: Good to see the device lock state #4

This is a Jive request. I have placed it into the category "ATK" because it seems the 'closest' to Jive. Please change category if needed.

It would be nice if in Jive you could see the lock state of a device.

I propose that: - when you select a device in the device tree, on the right side it appears the lock status (unlocked or locked by which client) - in the device panel, admin tab, place a lock button (and probably a "Force unlock" button)
