Known issues formating #345

I have played a bit with formatting to make it easier to use and look nicer. However, I still do not have a clue for making it look better. Now it looks like the following:

Hi Piotr,

I'm ok with the changes, now I'll ask my coleagues to add the pending issues regarding Tango8 and other issues we found during Tango Trainings.
