Fixed an error that clearing the input forms for skills and positions wasn't properly working.
There is still a persisting error that Form submission will output an error (userInfo.$save is causing an error in saving form)
On ionic serve, in the browser, scrolling doesn't seem to work (need to find a workaround, or identify the issue)

Updated unit testing, but still needs scrolling to be fixed.
