The target user is for small and medium sized enterprises. You wouldn't want to open up developer documentation where it explains every little technical term (what a string is, an int, double, etc.)

There is a field UPC in the CLI product, however it is not stated what UPC is supposed to be. It would be helpful if there is a statement explaining to users what UPC is and what you are supposed to put in it.
