Remove flex from SDK build environment #90

For unknown reasons, flex became required to complete the GNU binutils compilation on x86_64-linux but not aarch64-linux. While adding the dependency resolves the problem, this tool should not be necessary to bootstrap the Linux SDK. Remove this tool once the root cause is identified.
