Flashing behavior sometimes seen with Autoexposure turned on #16

Here is a video of some weird "flashing" that I was getting recently with the Heightmapper site.

This seems to be related to the Autoexposure setting being turned on.

Just putting this here for future review and in case anyone else can reproduce it. This is on Chrome on a MacBook Air (not Retina), and mostly when panning to an area with new tiles.

I was working on a support ticket and was looking in this area: https://tangrams.github.io/heightmapper/#13.67941/36.7590/-3.8036

The week previously, I had been navigating in the same area but did not encounter this.

Uploading as a ZIP so GitHub will support the file type.

Thanks! Can you tell if it's related to the "lines" or "labels" visibility checkboxes?

I get a small amount of flashing with autoexposure on by itself, but it seems easiest to reproduce when it's autoexposure + map labels only.
