Remove unused Montserrat font #87

I don't see any use of the Montserrat font in the current style, but it's still being loaded by the scene and bundled with resources (which is a waste!).

Am I missing something, or can we get rid of these?

(This may affect other styles too, not sure? I recall some of them might be using Montserrat, or maybe we considered it and then decided not to use it?)

Looks like we use this in highway shields.
