Add default icons, styles required for Mapzen SDK #1

Similar to https://github.com/tangrams/cinnabar-style/blob/sensescape/icon-import/cinnabar-icons.yaml but with the mz- and sdk- styles and layers added in.

But it'd be published along side other Mapzen basemap styles at mapzen.com/carto/.
