Resolves #26.

Having trouble testing this locally, I see the "no webgl" notice no matter what page I load… to your knowledge should this work for localhost servers?

Heh, I left a "always return false" statement in there to test this. Should have tried to figure out how to actually disable WebGL. I'll update this later this evening

Updated, and tested with the "Disable WebGL" extension in Chrome (https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/disable-webgl/nlapleiepodflfbclacdhmbldadobpah?hl=en-US) and by disabling WebGL in about:config in Firefox.
