Add different units to scale the world to #60

This defines how to interpret 1 unity unit.

I currently have meters, kms, miles and feet. Do we need any other units, or do we need to take any of these out?

I will have to read on mouse over UI elements and dropdown ui elements. Can do that in a subsequent PR. Merging this once CI goes green.
