Play with numbered sprites, too.
Once a new icon is created for a kind
in the list above, it needs to be removed from this style layer, otherwise it'll keep getting generic
sprite instead.

All the extra icons are in the scene file at this point :)
Added these as generic icons, the artwork part is carried in https://github.com/tangrams/outdoor-style/issues/17.
First add these as generic sprites, then go back and draw icons for them, updating the scene file (see #17).
