Style trails & cycleways

Polish styling to work with landuse / terrain & roads.

• [x] highway=path (solid line, green?)
• [x] highway=footway (dotted line)
• [x] highway=track (dashed line)
• [x] cycleways (solid line, blue?)

Experiment with dashed line styles.

Also investigate dot pattern (e.g. footway), in addition to dashed line (e.g. track).
